Decorated in typical Florida style. Upstairs partially sloping ceilings.

Palm Coast 40 km from Daytona Beach: Comfortable semi-detached house "Florida Villa 3890". 500 m from the centre, in a quiet, sunny position, 4 km from the sea. For shared use: swimming pool (15 x 5 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jan.-31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Private: garden with lawn. Patio, terrace, barbecue. In the house: air conditioning. Single garage. Shop 300 m, shopping centre 500 m, restaurant 300 m, sandy beach 4 km. Golf course 300 m, tennis 700 m. House is located in a gated community. In case of an early morning departure or based on the keyholder discretion the security deposit will be returned one week later though Interhome pending the inspection of the house. Parking for 2 cars. Community swimming pool for shared use NOT HEATED. MINIMUM AGE to check in 21 years old.

Daytona Beach has been famous for car racing since 1902 when the first automobile competition was held on the wide flat beach. Today cars are still allowed to drive there. The area's 23 miles of beaches from North to South are: Palm Coast, Ormond-by-the-Sea, Ormond Beach, the busy commercial center of Daytona Beach, Daytona Beach Shores, Wilbur-by-the-Sea, ending in the quieter section of Ponce Inlet where there is a lighthouse. Daytona International Speedway (Daytona 500/February, Motorcycle Classic/March, Speed Weeks/July), Jai-Alai, dog racing, regional airport. Sailing, deep-sea fishing, tennis, golf, discos, many shops and restaurants. Approx 1 hour to Orlando/Walt Disney World, 1 hour south to Cape Canaveral/Kennedy Space Center.

We really enjoyed the house and the ability to stay all together. However, the house description did... not show very limited parking. We had 3 cars and only room to park 2 of them. However, they did allow us to park the additional car at the pool house. Also the picture shows red and blue patio chairs and they are no longer present. Cable is very basic package. Other than this we really had a great time and the house was very nice and well kept. We would enjoy staying here again in the future. Read More

We really enjoyed the ability of staying as a family together in the house. However, the description... did not tell of the very limited parking and was only room for 2 cars. We were allowed to park our 3rd car at the pool house. The cable was a very basic package. And the red and blue patio chairs that are shown in the Florida room are not present.
