On the lower ground floor: 1 double bedroom with 1 french bed (2 x 90 cm), bath/shower/WC, double hand-basin and TV (flat screen). Exit to the balcony. Upper floor: 1 room 20 m2, with sloping ceilings with 2 beds (140 cm, length 200 cm), shower/WC and TV (flat screen). 2 balconies, west facing position. Terrace furniture. Panoramic view of the mountains and the countryside. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Reserved parking (roofed), garage space n 2/8, height 220 cm, width 400 cm.

A quiet well equipped & furnished penthouse on the edge of La Residence. The are multiple walks & mo...untain biking routes starting at the chalet but it is 3.4km from restaurants & shops so a car is essential. The 2 balconies are not south facing & in summer only get sun after mid afternoon which keeps the apartment comfortable. Lovely views by day & night. Multiple large TVs. Good garage but the secondary covered parking is challenging Overall a delightful place. Read More

My family and I were well settle and felt comfortable and safe into this house, modern and useful in...stallation and facilities, there is a lift right trough your front door and this is a awesome plus when you have tonnes of luggage and little kids. Big screen TVs, excellent kitchen and the views from the balcony are breathtaking. The one downside is that you have to have a car to walk around, make groceries etc. Read More
