Kalkan Villa 1047 located in the most beautiful place of Kalkan's Kızıltaş area, offer a spacious living area, 3 spacious rooms, each with an en-suite bathroom, and an open kitchen equipped with all kinds of equipment to meet your every need during your holiday, offer you, our valued guests, a comfortable and enjoyable holiday. opens its doors all the way!
Our villas have LCD TV, Digiturk, free internet connection and air conditioning in every room. It offers accommodation for up to 7 people with its rooms furnished with comfortable furniture.
You can reach Kalkan center in just a few minutes by car. If you need it, the nearest market is 600 meters away. While you spend pleasant moments in the private swimming pool of our villa, you can lie on your sun lounger and enjoy the fascinating beauties of Kalkan.
You can light your barbecue in the private garden of our villa and enjoy your meals in peace, accompanied by pleasant conversations.

Pool: There is a private swimming pool in the garden measuring 5.9 x 3.85 meters, 23 square meters in size and 1.75 meters deep.
Garden: There is a swimming pool, sunbathing area, shower, 6 sun loungers, 3 umbrellas, a garden table for 6 people and a barbecue in the private garden.
Free Services: Reception, electricity, water, gas, daily pool and garden maintenance, one spare sheet and towel per person, internet, DIGITURK.
Paid Services: Airport transfers, daily cleaning upon request, daily tours, car rental.
Damage Deposit: A deposit of 2,000 Turkish Liras is taken at the entrance and if no damage is done to the house, the fee is refunded on the check-out date.
