45 km west of Kuopio, Levänen lake 30 m, dredged, hard, sandy, gently sloping beach, a pier and a boat.
Cottage renovated in 2012, living room, hall, well-equipped spacious kitchen, 2 bedrooms each with double bed, utility room, shower room, and a sauna.
Upstairs lounge area, 2 bedrooms with 2 beds in each.
Ground floor is suitable for the disabled. For summer use: Barrel sauna on the beach. Gently sloping lawn between cottage and the breach. On the beach campfire place and a ball field.
The villa is equipped with a trampoline, SATtv russia, 3G internet access and bread maker in the kitchen.
The owner can rent two bicycles and a outboard motor 3 hp. Maintained ski trails start from the yard.
Kuopio area of services: Matkus shopping center / Ikea 44 km, spa Rauhalahti 40 km, Puijo 59 km, Kasurila ski resort 63 km.
In Tervo Eerikkalan Golf 34 km, Lohimaa 40 km. Kuopio Airport 62 km, Suonenjoki 25.
