Siofok is ideal for families with small children as the beaches are very child-friendly and the water along the south shore of Lake Balaton is shallow. Siofok is also great for young people with its many entertainment possibilities and active lifestyle. Large, famous, busy holiday resort directly by the Balaton Lake, in a busy, central position, 100 km south-west from Budapest, 50 km south from Balatonfüred.
