Top floor: living room 20 m2 with satellite TV (flat screen). Dining room 15 m2. 1 room 14 m2 with 1 double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room 10 m2 with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 200 cm). Open kitchen 10 m2 (oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, electric coffee machine). Bath/shower/WC. Wooden floors. Large balcony 24 m2, small balcony 5 m2. Balcony furniture, deck chairs (2), box-room. Very beautiful panoramic view of the mountains and the city. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only.
