Sydney Villa 1000 at Bungan enjoys a fantastic location right on the beach-front. Bungan Beach is almost within touching distance and can be reached in just one minute along a private track. Here you can experience some of the best fishing and surfing available in the area and it's all right here on your doorstep. The majestic headlands offer the perfect shelter for the beach as well as a dramatic back-drop to many of the views from the house.

Palm Beach is just fifteen minutes away by car and Newport Beach is a mere 2 minutes. Here you can enjoy some really great restaurants serving a wide selection of local and international cuisine. A five minute drive down to Mona Vale has everything you can imagine including an immaculate golf course, an Italian deli, and fashion shopping. Accommodation Features:

Main Bedroom - Offering light and airy accommodation with spectacular views of the ocean from the balcony. Imagine waking up to the gentle rhythmic sounds of the sea each morning and throwing open the doors to welcome another glorious sunny day. Complete with a beautiful en suite, this bedroom also offers plenty of wardrobe space and has an exquisite Balinese queen-size bed.

Bedroom 2 Another room with amazing views, the second bedroom also has an en suite and features a double bed making it perfect if you want to relax during the day. There is nothing like curling up with a good book whilst the only sound around is the gentle lapping of the waves. This room also boasts a small walk-in wardrobe offering plenty of hanging space for clothes. This bedroom can also be used as a sunroom.

Bedroom 3 The third bedroom is fitted with a queen-size bed, and features a small decked area. This room offers the same immaculate styling found in the rest of the house and is the perfect place to relax.

Bedroom 4 The fourth bedroom also offers a small decked area and is fitted with a queen-size bed. This room also enjoys the same amazing ocean views as many of the other rooms in the house.

Living Areas The living areas at New Sydney Villa 1000 at Bungan really need to be seen to be truly appreciated. Surrounded by uninterrupted views of the bluest ocean, the main deck area features an 8-seater dining table. Perfect for dining at any time of day and enjoy amazing views from the deck. Why not sit a while with your after-dinner drinks and while away the evening under the stars? For those chillier evenings the house is equipped with under-floor heating to keep you cosy and warm. There are also sun loungers on the main deck perfect for soaking up some sun. The enormous sun-drenched deck is probably where you will spend most of your time and with such amazing views and gorgeous weather it is easy to see why!

The lounge area offers plenty of luxurious leather seating and cable satellite TV so you need not miss out on your favourite TV programmes. Catch a movie or the morning news and enjoy total relaxation whilst stretching out on one of the large sumptuous sofas or armchairs.

The pool area is simply stunning and features a wet edge swimming pool that has to be seen to be believed. Sleek lines and sparkling water come together to create a swimming pool that is just waiting for you to step right in. Kitchen - Those looking to cook up a storm in the kitchen will have access to everything they need. The Gaggenau oven, hotplates and steamer will ensure you have the best gourmet appliances and cooking aids at your disposal. Two refrigerators ensure you can stock up on the essential supplies such as seafood and great wines and beer and enjoy your holiday without worrying about repeat trips to the supermarket. We have also included a microwave and a Miele dishwasher for your convenience.

If you are looking for a warm and shaded area to relax, the tropical gardens and courtyard offer the ideal retreat. Here you will find comfortable daybeds on which to sit back and unwind whilst the gentle sounds of the garden water feature play out in the background. There is also a fire pit for those chillier evenings when you want to sit outside.
