This 5 Star Villa has a private chef to prepare your meals, daily housekeeping so you can truly relax and personal concierge to arrange restaurant bookings and any tours you would like when in Alanya.
( Please Note! There is a Chefs Menu and food orders must be made 24 hours in advance, there is a cost per person). Please request the menu in advance.
Your private pool can be heated. Pool heat is recommended from Sept until June. Please Note! Pool heat is an optional extra and charged at 40 Euro per day .
Dream Villas are set back in the mountains among the pine trees, 5 km from Alanya centre.
You have breathtaking views of the Mediterranean Sea, harbor and ancient castle of Alanya. The Villa has lush gardens with orange and Lemon trees and its own private pool.
The site manager Zulcuff cleans your pool daily. Outside the villa there is a bbq area and a large patio to relax with friends and family.
If you are looking to totally relax then this villa is for YOU. On the ground floor there is a large open plan living room and kitchen area with a down stairs toilet.
So you can relax with all the family together. The view is majestic, you will love relaxing by your own private pool. The villa also has a TV and Wireless internet.
Refundable Damage Deposit and Electricity Charge!
500 Euro refundable damage deposit paid on arrival to the property manager. (paid in cash)
A meter reading will be taken at the start and at the end of your rental period. You will be charged for the electricity used during your stay, this will be taken from your deposit.

What an amazing holiday! We have just returned from Alanya with 5StarVillaHolidays. What an amazing ...place. The Villa itself was incredible, real luxury. Everything we needed was catered for at the Villa. Easily sleeping 8 people, the view was outstanding, the pool was beautiful, the rooms were well laid out and equipped. On arrival there was enough to keep us going until we visited the supermarket. The Villa is only 10 minutes out of town and rural which was ideal for us. We were given the number of Hassan our friendly taxi driver, who had good English and was able to take us anywhere. One night we opted for the Turkish BbQ cooked for us on site by Turga, it was such an experience and one we will remember for a long time. All in all it was great value, everything was clean, everything worked, we wanted for nothing and were comforted by the fact that someone was only a phone call away to support, whether it be with the Villa, trips, taxis, resteraunt bookings everything was just brilliant. Thank you to JP and Helena from 5starVillaHolidays for making our trip so relaxing. I would highly recommend anyone thibking of booking with 5star to not think twice. Read More

Lovely villa. Great view (although could do with cutting the 2 large trees in front down a bit so ...the view can be appreciated from the lower floors.) The improvements made since last time we stayed are great. We loved the outdoor bathroom & the heated pool was amazing. Only issue we had was the kettle leaking into electric base. It was mentioned to housekeeper but nothing was done. Other than that we can’t fault it and can’t wait to be back. Definitely worthy of its 5 star name! Read More
