Located in the Kızıltaş Region, newly built kalkan Villa 1004 is ready to welcome its guests. With 4 ensuite bedrooms and 8-person capacity to accommodate, kalkan Villa 1004 has a simple and elegant interior design as well as plenty of outdoor living space and a wide outdoor salt-water pool. The elevated position of the kalkan Villa 1004 grants amazing views of the Kalkan Bay from all floors including the pool terrace. Two double bedrooms has also jacuzzis with sea views.

The deposit fee requested for kalkan Villa 1004 is 200£. The damage deposit is taken before you enter the villa and is refunded when you leave the villa. According to the return conditions of the deposit, there should be no damage, loss, loss or broken goods in the villa during the usage period.

It was an experience that we were satisfied with from A to Z. First of all, each detail of the Vi...lla was quality and 1st grade. You feel it as soon as you enter the house and get a better sense of it as you walk around the house. There were thoughtful details for guests, down to the last detail. Every detail was considered, from an iron, food processor, pool ball to towels. Both alarm and parking were available in the house. The pool was large enough, saltwater supplemented so you wouldn't smell any chlorine. The location of the house was a 2-minute drive from the center of Kalkan. There were grocery stores such as Butcher, 1 km later Migros, next to BİM. The hosts greeted us at the door. We only saw it the first and last day, but in both, they were very caring and friendly. We called when we needed and they were quick to help. We would definitely but definitely stay in the same place if we end up this way next year. We left happy, 6 adults and 3 children. I would recommend it to anyone with peace of mind. Read More
