Situated along the scenic Swan River, the Perth Villa 1000 is a perfect get-away to relax and enjoy with family and friends on a holiday in Melville.
The two-storey home has a lot to offer on top of its riverside location, and accessibility to urban life. It has a pool and spa with a glass-walled and furnished lounging area where you can see and share ecstatic moments. There is also an alfresco near the pool to enjoy the open air and a lovely garden with a playground for children.
The lounge of Perth Villa 1000 opens to a furnished terrace where you can bask in the expansive view of the river and suburban charm of Applecross.
Complimentary wifi for email and web browsing is provided for your convenience.
The homes kitchen is a dream for cooks with its state of the art design and modern appliances. To match, the glass-walled dining area has a soft ambience and can seat 12 people.

The Perth Villa 1000 also boasts an undercroft 2-car garage which is directly accessible from the road.
On the upper floor, there is an ensuited master bedroom with balcony overlooking the river. Across the gallery, there are three bedrooms each with a single bed. On the ground floor is another bedroom with a Queen bed. The house sleeps 8 persons plus infants.
With the strategic location of Perth Villa 1000, you can enjoy urban life, and water sports at the same time. It just takes three minutes drive or ten minutes walk to restaurants, cafes, fitness centre, clinics and pharmacy. The shopping centre, restaurants, banks, and auto service in Garden City are only 8 minutes drive. If you want to take the public transportation, the bus station is only ten minutes walk away. Perth CBD and Fremantle Markets are only 12 and 16 minutes drive, respectively.
To kitesurf, it is only 6 minutes walk to Lucky Bay and 7 minutes drive to 2 nd Wind Sailboards. You can also do stand up paddle boarding with yoga or fitness and kitesurfing in Soulkite Kitesurfing & SUP Perth which is only a one minute drive from Perth Villa 1000. For sightseeing, it is only five minutes drive to Heathcote Reserve from Perth Villa 1000, 11 minutes to Point Walter Reserve with Swan Lake view, and 12 minutes to Elizabeth Quay.
