One of the highlights of this home is its large furnished poolside terrace offering space to lounge outdoors, making this the perfect getaway for a group of friends or families holidaying together.

The deck includes an alfresco dining area, cushioned lounges and sun lounges surrounding the sparkling swimming pool where you can also take in the vista of the widest water frontage in the area.

The terrace flows into the interior living room that has been professionally designed and decorated with contemporary furniture.

If you are feeling up to cooking, the state-of-the-art new modern kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances.

A maximum of 10 adults or 8 adults and 4 small children plus infant can stay in the property's 4 bedrooms and 2 double sofa beds in a separate media room which doubles up as a 5th bedroom.Extra bedding can be made available upon request at an extra $30 per night for a king single air bed with built-in pump (maximum of 2)

The location is desirable being close to Queenland's largest shopping centre Pacific Fair, multiple upmarket dining options, the casino and the long sandy beaches.

The tram from Broadbeach is a convenient way to travel further and stops approximately every 7 minutes.

Theme parks are located within a short drive to Main Beach and Coomera.
