Algarve Villa 1021 is a beautiful detached Quinta do Lago villa has fantastic sea views overlooking the conservation area of the Ria Formosa. It is only a few minutes walk to the beach bridge of Quinta do Lago. It’s located in a prime area of Quinta do Lago, in Parque Atlântico. The holiday villa benefits from a top terrace and bar where the views can be appreciated.
The villa is situated in the exclusive Parque Atlantic area of Quinta do Lago and has breath-taking views to the Ocean and Ria Formosa. This very spacious villa is furnished and throughout to a very comfortable standard. On the ground floor large kitchen separate dining room and large lounges ideal for a great family holiday. There is also a separate TV room with comfortable armchairs. With full international TV package including Wi-Fi and cable channels.
On the ground floor, bedroom one and two are both a double bedroom with no private bathroom, both share a bathroom. Bedroom three is a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom.
On the first floor, bedroom four is the master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and dressing area. Large sun terrace overlooking the ocean. Bedroom five is the guest bedroom with an en-suite. The study room, also located on the first floor, can be turned into a bedroom. These three rooms have access to the terrace. There is a sitting area and the terrace offers stunning sea views.
The lower ground floor has a double garage, laundry and game room
The beautiful outside terraces are south facing with a large 14 x 6 swimming pool that can be heated upon request (extra fee) and a covered barbecue area.
The villa is located within minutes of many of the highest-rated golf courses in the Algarve, as well as bars, coffee shops, restaurants and supermarkets. The 1st-floor terraces offer stunning views to the sea and Ria Formosa. The nearest town is Almancil. Faro city and/or the airport are only 25 min drive away. Within a couple of minutes walk from the villa you can take the walking path/cycling along the Ria Formosa all the way to Faro Island.
