As you enter this beautiful home, you will find the kitchen and dining room with an open floor plan, and plenty of space to entertain.
The kitchen has an island bar with seating for 5. The home is equipped with a Nespresso coffee maker and has a side-by-side fridge. Off of the kitchen, the kids will be excited to find a play nook. Also downstairs, guests will have use of a full laundry room.
The dining room overlooks the pool and has a table with seating for 8.
The living room also offers a view of the pool with a large sectional and a 70” smart TV. The pool area offers an area to sit and lounge with several lounge chairs and extra seats (the pool lights are on a timer inside the living room slider).On the same floor, you will find the first queen bedroom (wizard-themed).
The room has a 55” smart tv. There is a shared bath just outside of the room with a tub/shower combo.As you ascend to the second floor, you are greeted with an upgraded family media room with a large sectional sofa, two 50” smart TVs, and an Xbox gaming system.
To the right, you have the double queen master bedroom in the front of the home, with double vanity and glass-enclosed shower.
This room also has a 55” smart TV and a remote-controlled fan. The dinosaur bunk room is off of the loft and has a full over full bunk bed.
Directly outside of this room is the shared bath with a tub/shower combo.In the middle of the second floor, you will find another queen bedroom with a 55” smart tv, which shares a bathroom (tub/shower combo) with the twin castle bedroom. This room has two twin beds, each has a trundle, and sleeps 4 children.
The upstairs king master has a 55” smart tv, large closet and extra sofa for seating. The oversized master bathroom boasts a double vanity, large tub, and glass shower. It also has a separate water closet.A complimentary wireless internet connection is offered throughout this home.

Terms And Conditions:
- Check-in time is 4:00 pm
- Check-out time is 10:00 am
- All properties are non-smoking and no pets are allowed
- The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older.
- Bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
- Vacation rentals may not be used for events or group gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy.
- A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property.
- This property does not include a BBQ, however, we do have them available for rental.
- Pool heat is available and is recommended from the 31st Oct. to the 31st Mar. If you would like the Spillover Spa to be heated you will need to add pool heat to your reservation
