Brew iced cold coffee and take it out to the secluded patio where there's a table and chairs for 6 or lounge on one of the 4 sun loungers. There's plenty of entertainment in this home to occupy everyone's free time. The game room in the converted air-conditioned garage includes a foosball table, pool table, air hockey, and a tabletop with benches for a board game or game of cards. If you want to watch your favorite movie in style, there's a private home theater with 9 luxury movie chairs. Upstairs has a loft area with a plush sofa and another TV to enjoy a good show or two.
This home has 8 bedrooms and sleeps 17 guests. The master bedroom is beautifully furnished with a king size bed, walk-in closet, clock radio, en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, bath tub, and dual sinks. All bedrooms have their own LCD TV. The second master suite also features a king size bed, walk-in closet, and en-suite bathroom. Two additional bedrooms have a king size bed, one has a queen size bed, one has a full size bed, and the other two bedrooms have 2 twin beds each.

Terms And Conditions:
- Check-in time is 4:00 pm
- Check-out time is 10:00 am
- All properties are non-smoking and no pets are allowed
- Tax is not included in nightly rates
- There is a one-time departure cleaning fee for all stays
- Final payment is due 45 days prior to your arrival
- An Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee will be required to cover any reported accidental damage to this property and its contents
- Cleaning service is NOT included but please ask for a quote
- Pool heat available for a fee and is recommended from the 31st Oct. to the 31st Mar. If you would like the Spa / Hot Tub to be heated you will need to add pool heat to your reservation.
- This property does not include a BBQ, however, we do have them available for rental.
- The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older.
- Bookings made inside of 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
