Please note that this is a small space and that there is no living room, no full kitchen, and no large dining space. This space is best suited to short stays for guests who are comfortable with small spaces.STEPS & OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
Not for people who have trouble with steps. There are two steps up/down from bedroom. Chairs on private, secluded, covered deck for enjoying morning coffee, breakfast, snacks.NOTE: It has a very outdoorsy feel. You're likely to see squirrels, birds, maybe even a fox or raccoon. Summertimes are usually full of bugs — and they might find themselves inside your home. Cobwebs can appear literally overnight. For those weary of the great outdoors or nature's creatures, this place is not for you. We do not fumigate and choose to use natural pest management strategies whenever possible. The home is chemical and fragrance-free for easier breathing and better sleep. It's an amazing eco retreat! You'll be staying on a 5 acre wooded lot.LOCATION

POTENTIAL FOR NOISE
Mostly it will be tranquil, although there may be some sound when there are other guests staying in the primary house access the upstairs of the house. Nothing more than you would hear in a hotel when other guests are in the hallway.SCENT & CHEMICAL FREE HOME
We are sensitive to fragrances and chemicals so we use fragrance-free and non-toxic cleaning products. We ask that guests refrain from using fragrances inside except for personal care products like shampoo. Please no perfume or cologne.NO SMOKING
