"Rheinland-Pfalz Villa 1022", 1-room apartment 60 m2 on 2 levels, on the top floor. Object suitable for 2 adults + 2 children. Comfortable furnishings: living/sleeping room 55 m2, with sloping ceilings with 1 double bed (180 cm, length 200 cm), satellite TV (flat screen). Open gallery with sloping ceilings with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Kitchenette (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Balcony 25 m2. Balcony furniture, deck chairs (2). Facilities: hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Private entrance, smoke alarm. Access to the roof suite is trough the terrace of the Pelzerhaus (DE5591.150.3). An occupancy of 3 or 4 adults is not allowed.

Please note: Loading and unloading of baggage is possible at the holiday house. Mosel 80 m. The apartments are located near the famous winery Walter J. Oster with 10.5 hectares of vineyards (Bremmer Calmont (Europe’s steepest vineyard), Neefer Frauenberg, Ediger Elzhofberg). Visits and wine tasting (8-10 wines) are possible for a fee on request and by appointment. The price includes the VRM guest ticket – if you are interested, please let the contact person know in advance.
