This place was really ideal for our large group. All the bedrooms with private baths were a great to...uch and gave everyone the feeling of privacy while still all staying in once place. The bonus spaces and rooms were a great touch as well. All the kids in our group loved having the pool right there plus all the games. It was also amazing to be part of the Encore development and have access to the water park and splash pad. Huge plus with this property! The houses themselves are not built to any particular standard, as you can probably expect with a large development like this one. As a result, a lot of the finishes are showing their wear and tear. Not a huge thing, but just don't expect more. The kitchen was woefully under-supplied for a group of our size. Definitely need more/better kitchen utensils, more/better cookware and servicewear. Great house for large groups. The rooms were beautiful and the themed rooms were really fun. The act...ivities: Pool table, Foosball table, and arcade unit were a great touch and a nice community area. The tiki room was the big seller for us. Games and the bar were such a great setup. We had a little trouble with the PS4 and Xbox but we got them working. Lots of space to hang out and chill. The pool area is beautiful. The alarm on the backdoor is annoying but understood that it was policy. Shuffleboard court was great out back. Couldn’t get the fire pit going but it was warmer so not really needed. The house is beyond expectations. Very neat and clean upon entrance. The tiki bar/ game room were a ...hit, with Golden Tee, ninja turtles , ps4 and Xbox we could have asked for more. Although, there was much more. From the beautiful pool/ hot tub to the movie theatre to indoor and outdoor shuffleboard there was never a dull moment.
