Apartment house "New York Villa 1403", built in 1892, renovated in 2008. 5 apartments in the property. In a central, sunny position, on a main road. Grocery 150 m, restaurant 200 m, underground station "125th St (Line 2,3)" 200 m. Nearby attractions: Central Park 1 km. 10 mins by subway to Times Square. Only one apartment on each floor. Possibility of accepting 3 nighs minimum reservation on request. Please inquire at the time of booking. Internet TV only with apps: including NetFlix, Hulu and other.
