Exactly what we needed to reassess and rejuvenate

Great location and great facilities

Position of accomodation was fantastic with breathtaking views across the water and islands from bot...h balconies, short walk to modern infinity edge pool, both capturing the afternoon sun which we love! A buggy (part of the package) gets you everywhere else you want to go on the island without issue, in fact it was a lot of fun tootling around. Size of accommodation was fantastic for 4 adults, plenty of space to function and all very clean with all mod cons required. Hamilton island itself was amazing with plenty of options for beautiful food and great cocktails, special mention to mantarray. If you’re looking to spend a special day out, can’t go past Whitehaven beach, especially the helicopter option. Exactly as described and seen in photos! Beautiful view and great location! Wasn’t very clean though.... Fridge was broken and had a large puddle on floor on arrival. The property is stunning, a perfect location with a view that took our breath away. We travelled wit...h our 3 children (5,2 & 16w) and the grandparents and it didn't feel cramped at all. There are a few things that could use some love, master bed is average at best. Sound dock didn't work and oven made a ridiculous rattle but a complaint about no sharp knife was handled immediately, the service and valet were both exceptional! Sadly the shorelines pool was out of action (7/10days) which put a large spanner in our plans to lull around 'The Edge' and take away the logistical nightmare of getting to the island pool with everyone (and two different car seats). Not sure we would have stayed knowing that. Overall an amazing 10 days and we plan to be back next year! Read More
