Protaras Villa 1443 is a cozy 2 bedroom semi-detached property with a spacious outsdite patio located in a quiet area of Protaras next to Sirina Bay and Crystal Springs Hotel just a couple of minutes' walk to the beach and all amenities.

The ground floor is an open plan kitchen, dining and living room area with a fully equipped kitchen a dining table for 6 persons, comfortable sofas and sofa bed and large flat screen TV. On the top floor the villa features the master bedroom with a double bed and a second bedroom with one a bunk bed and a pull-out bed as well as the family bathroom. So in total the villa can comfortbaly sleep 5 persons in beds.

The outside offers a spacious and fully furnished patio complete with sofa set, dining table with chairs, sunbeds, bar with stools and BBQ.
