Spacious and bright, partly with sloping ceilings, tasteful and wooden furniture furnishings: open living/dining room with Scandinavian wood stove, dining table, international TV channels and flat screen. Exit to the terrace. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Cremesso) free). Sep. WC. Upper floor: 2 double bedrooms, each room with shower/WC. Sauna. Underfloor heating. Wooden floors. Large terrace 10 m2. Terrace furniture. Beautiful panoramic view of the mountains. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. 1 pet/ dog allowed. When there are less than the maximum number of guests staying at the property, not all of the housing units will be available for use.

Property composed of main house and outbuilding 3.5 km from the centre of Werfenweng, on the outskirts, 12 km from the centre of Bischofshofen, 40 km from the centre of Salzburg, in a quiet, sunny position, 10 m from the edge of the forest, 5 km from the skiing area. For shared use: property, lawn for sunbathing, pond. Terrace, barbecue house, children's playground, petting farm. In the house: reception, restaurant, bar, WiFi, washing machine (for shared use). In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking on the premises. Shop 3.5 km. Ski lift 5 km, ski school 5 km, cross country ski track 5 km. Nearby attractions: Eisriesenwelt Werfen 13 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Schigebiet Werfenweng. Please note: Loading and unloading of baggage is possible at the holiday house. The complex has another 7 chalets for rent.
