Above Opatija, in a quiet, sunny position, 9 km from the sea, in a cul-de-sac. Private: property 720 m2, lawn 400 m2, swimming pool angular (7 x 4 m, depth 150 cm, 11.06.-01.10.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, terrace (35 m2), garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: internet access, washing machine. Parking at the house on the premises.
