As its name suggests, Istarska županija Villa 1000 is filled with joy! Guaranteed privacy along with a swimming pool and a barbecue area ensures a relaxing stay. The feelings of serenity and happiness will linger long after you return home.
The spacious ground floor includes a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area and an open plan living room where you have direct access to the private outdoor area. Outside, there is a swimming pool to cool off in during the hot days and an open air barbecue with a nice seating area. Also located on the ground floor is a guest toilet with a separate shower.
The bedrooms are located on the first floor of the villa, each with its own bathroom. Both rooms have modern and high quality furnishings as well as high windows which allow for natural light from sunrise to sunset. For your convenience, there is a covered parking space in the enclosed courtyard.
