Wood is the dominant material in the stylish interior of Istarska županija Villa 1004. As the main element of the villa, it gives the rooms a pleasant feeling which ensures well-being in every corner.

The ground floor has a comfortable open plan living area. Many parts of the kitchen and bathrooms are made of wood - for example the island and the bathtub. A large wooden bookshelf, satellite TV as well as a modern grey couch make the living area a cosy oasis of natural materials and functionality. Two beautiful dressers complete the elegant look of the living area.

The railings of the staircase are made of glass and when complemented by the circular viewing windows in the walls, they create an interesting and transparent look and feel in the villa as you walk up the stairs. There is also direct access to one of the bedrooms on the first floor via a separate external staircase.
