The location of Whitsunday Islands Villa 1035 is second to none. You can walk to restaurants, the marina, beach and resort but just when you thought it could not be any easier, we will throw in a complimentary golf buggy!
Rest, relax, and rejuvenate in this amazing piece of heaven. Both of the spacious, furnished entertainment decks, as well as living spaces, offer maximum privacy not counting your occasional visits from the island's possums and cockatoos. The views are second to none, panoramic endless blue oceanic vista with beautiful mountain range backdrop, and to the left of the deck are the architecturally attractive yacht club and the stunning marina where you can watch the boats come and go. You will never want to leave!
The main deck offers fantastic opportunities for outdoor dining with a large 8 seater table and chairs, quality cushioned sun lounges and large gas BBQ. From here many of your holiday memories will be made as you toast to the rest of your life being as wonderful as it is today. The tranquil ocean views will remain a calming memory for when you have to return to your otherwise busy life. Leaving relaxed and rejuvenated you will be planning your next visit before your departure day.
The lounge room offers quality HI-FI, large screen LCD television and an iPod docking station ensure you are not left without your favourite dinner music.
The kitchen makes in-house dining a breeze with quality name appliances including a large gas stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge. There are crockery, cutlery and cookware as well as a DeLonghi Nespresso Mini Coffee Machine, glassware and the usual items for your convenience.
There are 3 good sized bedrooms. Downstairs are 2 bedrooms with panoramic ocean views offering your choice of 2 king single beds or a king bed and master bedroom offers a queen bed. All bedrooms have televisions. Downstairs bedrooms share a spacious entertainment deck with 6 seater dining and 2 cushioned sun lounges. A double sofa bed is provided in the lounge room (please ask us when you make the booking).
All bedrooms and living areas are fully air-conditioned.
The villa is fully self-catering with washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron.
Beautifully renovated bathrooms tiled in a stone look from floor to ceiling. The main bathroom features a bath and shower and the 2nd bathroom a shower.
The kitchen is fully renovated with an L shaped and separate 1800 x 1800 island bench which doubles as a dining table where you can socialise.
New Miele appliances including oven, hot plates, dishwasher and fridge.
The villa is perfectly located next to the large fully fenced swimming pool complete with cushioned sun lounges and shade umbrellas. Pool toys are provided for your enjoyment.
Your stay comes complete with an electric golf buggy which you can park in the villa's lock up garage. This buggy has seat belts for your little treasures (many buggies do not feature these).
A folder featuring extensive activities to partake in on the island is there for your interest. Here you can do as little or as much as you like!
The villafeatures ahigh chair and port a cot. The Clownfish Club is only a minute drive away who will pay brilliant attention to your little ones for some parental relaxation. There is mini golf and a kegal bowling alley less than a minute away, not to mention the beach and many more child-friendly activities.

The transfers to and from airport were excellent! Location was perfect, close to Marina. Very privat...e to other apartments as well. Wallabies in the side garden were a treat. So glad we stayed this side of island. Lovely views. Great kitchen amenities and lovely being close to the pool which was crystal clear. On the whole the apartment was clean with the exception of both bathrooms which néed a really good scrub - an easy fix 🤞🏻 The fold out bed could be upgraded, very uncomfortable for anyone other than small kids. Awesome views to Dent Island and beyond. Massive kitchen bench/dining table. Well appointed. Some cr...ockery looks a bit dirty so had to wash it before use. Would definitely recommend this place to people. Only downside is with 6 people and 1 golf cart, it was difficult to all go together to places. It would be good if there was an option to have a second cart available as part of the booking process (obviously at a cost) as there is plenty of room to park it in front of the garage door. The unit was clean, spacious,... very well presented and in an easy position to get to the marina and all the restaurants and outlets there. Terrific views up and down Dent passage from the balcony. The pool is pretty shaded so was cool when we were there during August race week (not a bother for me but too chilly for mum and the kids) but when you have access to other pools and the ocean which was toasty not really an issue. The refurbishments are lovely. The beds were soft and comfortable, kitchen decently appointed, furni...ture clean and new. Luxurious towels. Clean and comfortable. Incredibly private location with wonderful views to the water and marina. Stayed with our two young children and my mum (so 3 adults, 2 children). TVs in every room and balconies to share each others company and laze around. Sensational new BBQ. We were greeted at the airport on time with valet and buggy. Everything was ready early, and we were taken back to the airport from the room on departure which was great. Very close to the marina and water so the buggy rides were quite short! The only thing I could possible ask for to improve the accommodation is the inclusion of a coffee machine....yes I know, being very fussy now!! Perhaps a couple of additional kitchen items to store food, maybe some large pyrex containers? We rarely ate in the room but others may want something more in this space.
