Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, freezer) with dining nook. Bath/shower, sep. WC. Upper floor: living room with panoramic window with open-hearth fireplace. 1 double bedroom. 1 room with 1 bed and 1 double bed. Exit to the balcony. Kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher). Shower, sep. WC. Top floor: 1 open double bedroom with satellite TV. Large terrace 120 m2. Terrace furniture, deck chairs (4), box-room. Beautiful view of the mountains and the forest. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Reserved parking (roofed, 2 cars). Please note: non-smoking house. The terrace seating was replaced in 2018.

Private: beautiful, well-kept garden (fenced), lawn for sunbathing 100 m2. Terrace (120 m2), garden furniture. In the house: central heating system, bicycles available. Motor access to the house. Stepped path (25 steps) to the house. Grocery 500 m, restaurant 700 m, café 50 m, indoor swimming pool 700 m, thermal baths "Therme Bad Gastein" 22 km. Golf course 10 km, tennis 700 m, mountain railway 3 km, ski lift 3 km, ski bus stop 300 m, ski school 700 m, cross country ski track 200 m, ice field 700 m. Nearby attractions: Nationalpark Bios 1.5 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Mölltaler Gletscher 20 km, Ankogel 3 km, Stubner Kogel, Schloßalm Bad Gastein. Hiking paths: Ski-und Wanderregion Ankogel. ÖBB Tauernschleuse Felsentherme Bad Gastein and the Radon Heilstollen are reachable in 10 minutes, Alpentherme Bad Hofgastein in 20 minutes.
