What a find! This place had everything we wanted and needed. A home on the historic registry, in an ...adorable neighborhood, very clean, and the furnishings fit the charm of the house. Mario met us when we arrived, showed us everything we needed to know (including how to operate the swim spa in the heated (salt-water) pool! He touched base with us throughout our stay and offered some great recommendations. We used the grill, the pool, walked the neighborhood, used the complimentary bikes, and slept better than we have in a very long time. While it was perfect for the two of us, there is a second large bedroom available. Costco and Publix were very close so we did our shopping on the day we arrived. Great house for a few people. Great pool in the back. The house is old, but very charming. The bathr...oom in the main house, needs updating. There was only two of us and we both had our own bathroom. If I was there with more people, I would not have been happy with the bathroom. The main room as you come in the front door, is a big space. Could use some more furniture to make it useable. Kitchen worked great. Also, probably should buy beach chairs that are part of the rental. Not chairs that might be left by previous renters.
