As you approach Istarska županija Villa 1008, you will notice the imposing and impressive stone façade coupled with the intertwining branches of old olive trees. This is the Mediterranean atmosphere that is desired in the 21st century - a glorious combination of traditional materials and modern architecture.
On the other side of the villa, you will find an azure blue swimming pool with a sundeck. A little bit further is a barbecue area which is perfect for cooking and eating fresh meals.
The style of the living room is reminiscent of the interior of a luxury yacht. The open room leads into the kitchen, which has a large and functional kitchen island. The bright kitchen extends into a modern dining room. The ground floor has a guest toilet and a bedroom with ensuite bathroom in addition to the living area.
On the first floor are two more bedrooms, one of which is the spacious master bedroom. This room has a large bathroom with a bathtub, a terrace, as well as private access to the swimming pool and sun deck via stairs. On the top floor, there is a hidden recreation area - a roof terrace with a chill out corner and a beautiful panoramic view.
