Downstairs 103 m², loft 44.5 m² + large utility room 11.5 m². New cottage area between Ruka fell and highway nr 5. Nearest ski lift Talvijärvi, nearest restaurant Royal Ruka. To the skibus stop 400 m. Grocery store 1.4 km. Internet-connection (wireless 4 G)

We stayed as two families of four so 4 adults and 2 children. The house is very well located, has ev...ery utensil you could imagine and is very comfortably homely. There was nothing we disliked about the property, however, if you are from the UK you will find the stairs to the upper bedrooms very steep. Our two 6 year olds and 8 year old were fine, but our 4 year old was pretty scared at going up and down so we had to change our sleeping arrangements. Overall a beautiful home, would recommend.
