Pernera Villa 1523 is a seafront property located in a gated complex just above Golden coast Fishing Shelder and two minutes walk from two beautiful beaches, Kalamies Beach and Sirina Bay.
The ground floor features an open plan fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar and living room-dining area that opens wide to join the inside of the villa with the outdoors patio and garden area.
The first bedroom equipped with a bunk bed is located on the ground floor and is serviced by a the guest shower room. The first floor offers three more rooms all en-suite. All three ustairs bedrooms are equipped with double beds and offer panoramic sea views.
The whole villa is equipped at the highest standards in terms of equipment and furniture, is fully air-conditioned and offers free high speed Wi-Fi internet and satellite TV.
The patio area features sofa sets and dining table and a build in BBQ, sunbeds, parasols, chairs and tables. Pernera Villa 1523 is an elegantly decorated seafront property located in a quiet area of Protaras just above Golden Coast Fishing Harbor. The Blue Flag, white sand Kalamies Beach and the picturesque Sirina Bay are both located just 2 minutes' walk away.
At Central Protaras only 2 kms away, there can be found many beautiful beaches and the famous Fig Tree Bay and Sunrise Beach with lots of water sports on offer like water-skiing, windsurfing, pedalos, diving, canoeing, para-sailing, fly fish and just about any watersport you may want. Protaras also offers a plenty of good local and international restaurants, pubs, cafes and a thriving night-life in the summer months.
There is a new coastal walkway that has been built linking Central Protaras with Pernera. The walk is beautiful and flat making it very accessible with pram or wheelchair. Along the walkway can be found some stunning little 'secret' restaurants/cafes where you can stop for breakfast/coffee on one's morning walk or for sundowners/dinner in the evening. It is the perfect place to sit at the end of the day, just a meter or two from the sea and watch the sunset.
Within just a couple of minutes' walk from the villa you will find a kiosk, mini-supermarket store a typical English pub, Onasis Fish Restaurant, Mouzoura Beach Fish Restaurant, as well as one of the most sought after hot-spots for children of all ages...the famous Sirina Bay
