The three-story Protaras Villa 1527 at Kalamies Beach in Protaras is an elegant, exceptionally beautiful, light-filled beach home with special amenities and a contemporary open floor plan. Located adjacent to the picturesque Kalamies Beach and Cove, this premier Protaras home is a mere 200 meters from this beautiful beach.

The house has three stories. The top floor features a light filled master bedroom with generous closet space and an en-suite bathroom. Views of the Mediterranean can be seen from the easterly window. Two additional spacious bedrooms with their own spacious closets share a full bathroom with double vanities. These two bedrooms also share a vast south-west facing porch with an end-to-end motorized awning, providing an ideal hideaway from the sun for a lovely breakfast outdoors.

The main level ground floor features fine high-end materials and finishes, a state of the art stainless steel kitchen with full size oven, stove top, microwave oven, dishwasher and a fridge/freezer in solid wood cabinetry. The lower ground "flat" has its own private entrance and is not connected to the inside of the main house.
