THE VILLA
The extravagant Istarska županija Villa 1011 is furnished in a very elegant and timeless style. On the ground floor there is a living room with a fully equipped kitchen as well as a large dining table and seating area. As an additional feature, the lovingly furnished villa is decorated with works of art by renowned Croatian artists. Also located on the ground floor is one of the four bedrooms with an ensuite bathroom.
The staircase, with Romanesque stained glass windows, leads to the first floor of the villa. The master bedroom and another comfortable bedroom, each with their own private ensuite bathrooms, are found on this floor. The master bedroom has its own balcony with direct access to the garden and pool area via stairs.
Satellite TV, WIFI and modern air conditioning is provided in all living areas. The villa offers you the privacy and comfort your need for your dream vacation!
THE GARDEN
The living room offers views of the sea and direct access to the outdoor area with a pool. The spacious garden contains a covered lounging area with a kitchen and barbecue, perfect for warm summer nights with close friends and family.
An additional guest room with a separate entrance can be found on the far side of the villa. It has a comfortable double bed, a private bathroom, and direct access to the garden which has numerous sunbathing areas.
An additional terrace on the roof of the villa provides a unique opportunity to fully enjoy the exterior premises as well as the surrounding landscape.
