 THE VILLA

Istria County Villa 1000 is decorated in neutral earth tones making it one of our most in-demand villas. Timeless and elegant, the discreet wooden interior and grey and beige fabrics are enriched by high-quality decorative silver ornaments.

The ground floor of the villa contains a spacious living area with an integrated and fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and comfortable seating with satellite TV. The walls of the villa are decorated with works of art by Croatian artists.

On the first floor, you will find two comfortable bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom. There is also a covered terrace with a wonderful view where you can access the well-kept garden via an outside staircase. One floor up is a small roof terrace with private seating.

THE GARDEN

The remarkable exterior area of  Istria County Villa 1000 can be reached via the stairs from the terrace or the living room on the ground floor. Here you will find a pool as well as a comfortable sitting area with a barbecue for dinners on magical summer nights.

Also accessible via the garden is an annex on the ground level in which there are two further bedrooms with private bathrooms.

For maximum comfort and privacy, the garden is bordered by a high hedge, shielding it from the surrounding buildings. For a relaxing nap in the sun, the comfortable lounge chairs around the pool are ideal.
