THE VILLA Istarska županija Villa 1012 is decorated in an elegant and timeless style. The colour scheme of the high-quality furniture includes neutral earth tones which are accentuated throughout the house with the finest ornaments.
The lower level of the villa has a spacious living area with an open kitchen and a breakfast bar in the centre of the room. Next to it is a sizeable dining area as well as an exclusive seating area with satellite TV.
On the first floor of Istarska županija Villa 1012, you will find two comfortable bedrooms, each with an adjoining bathroom and beautiful views of the surrounding countryside.
Both floors of the villa have WIFI and air conditioning. A staircase on the first floor leads to a cosy roof terrace, which is perfect for watching the Croatian sunsets.
THE GARDEN:
In the large garden of Istarska županija Villa 1012, there is an outdoor pool next to the open terrace which has seating and lounging areas. The pleasantly designed outdoor area is a haven of peace for deep relaxation.
If you would like to have lunch or dinner outside, you will be particularly pleased with the barbecue area in the garden with comfortable seats, perfect for enjoying home-made delicacies and the fresh sea breeze.
Also adjoining the garden is the guesthouse with two further bedrooms and private bathrooms. Just like the main house, the bedrooms are decorated in soft and neutral tones.
