THE VILLA
Istarska županija Villa 1013 is characterized by neutral earth tones combined with dark blue accents in the interior and a breathtaking outdoor area. The dining area and living area are on opposite sides of the entrance. A light blue kitchen is at your disposal, as well as a relaxing living room with a dark blue sofa and satellite TV.
Two of the bedrooms are located on the ground floor as well as two bathrooms. Another sleeping area is located in the annex. Istarska županija Villa 1013 can accommodate a total of 8 people and dogs are also welcome.
Warm sunlight lights up the stairs to the first floor through earth-toned Romanesque church windows. At the top, you will find two spacious bedrooms with natural wood floors and ensuite bathrooms. Another staircase leads to the top floor with a private roof terrace.
THE GARDEN
The living area of Istarska županija Villa 1013 leads to the spacious outdoor area, which has a large pool and is decorated with local flora. For maximum comfort, light blue seats have been selected to help absorb the rays of the Croatian sun.
For meals with your loved ones, the fully equipped and covered summer kitchen and dining area provides the perfect environment.
Since Istarska županija Villa 1013 is pet-friendly, the villa is surrounded by a fence and has lots of outdoor space for your pets to play.
