Protaras Villa 1521 is a jewel to be treasured situated in a quiet location of Protaras just five minutes' walk to Mimosa Beach and 2.5km to the Central Protaras Strip.
Recently completed in the summer of 2019, this modern and luxurious villa, furnished with utmost care to feel like a home away from home features a large private pool, a patio with modern furniture and BBQ as well as a large roof top terrace with great sea views, hot-tub and sofa set.
The ground floor features an open plan living room, dining table and kitchen that open up into the semi-covered pool patio area and equipped with all modern appliances. The large patio doors open all the way to join the interior with the exterior that were designed to be used together as one space. The upper floor features 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and partial sea views, the first equipped with a large double bed and the second with two singles. Further up is the roof terrace that offers excellent sea views, a jacuzzi hot-tub and sofa set with dinning table.
The basement floor with staircase access only from the exterior of the house offers a further two bedrooms and a kitchenette. The main bedroom of the basement offers a double bed and large patio doors that provide direct sunlight and excellent ventilation while the second bedroom at this floor, equipped with two single beds and en-suite bathroom does not have any windows and has mechanical ventilation.
Complete with all modern appliances, quality furniture, fully air-conditioned, high speed Wi-Fi internet, satellite TV with English, European and Russian channels, the property is comfortable, tastefully decorated and well maintained. Protaras Villa 1521 is located in a recently completed complex near Cape Greco and just 2.5km from Central Protaras Strip. Within a 5-minute drive from the villa you will find all amenities that the resort has to offer as well as some of the best beaches of Protaras and Ayia Napa.
The nearest beach to Protaras Villa 1521, about 5-minutes' walk is Mimosa Beach, a small organized, white sand beach with crystal-clear waters and lots of facilities.
About 15-minutes' walk or 2-minutes' drive is Konnos Bay, a Blue-Flag destination, complete with proper facilities and its charming beach cafe-bar. Overlooking the action in the bay is "Cliffs", a great place for a drink and with a touch of intimacy and romance. Other venues overlooking the Bay are "Spartiatis", a clean local tavern liked by locals and visitors alike.
