Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, freezer) with dining table. Sep. WC. Upper floor: 4 double bedrooms. 2 showers, sep. WC. Patio. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs, box-room. Very beautiful panoramic view of the mountains and the resort. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. 2 pets/ dogs allowed. Warning: maximum 10 people allowed (including cot). Please bring your own bed an linen for the cot.

Bread roll service. Parking. Grocery 1.5 km, restaurant 500 m, outdoor swimming pool 1 km, thermal baths 9 km. Golf course (18 hole) 7.5 km, tennis 1 km, gondola lift 1.7 km, ski bus stop 250 m, cross country ski track 30 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Kaltenbach - Hochfügen 1.7 km, Zillertal Arena 8 km, Zillertal 3000 15 km. The biological houses were built of wood at the edge of a stream. The "sauna cottage" with its reception, small kitchen and sauna area (available Monday to Friday between April and November extra, included from December to March) is located in the village of 6 houses.
