This is a wonderful place to stay. Location is fantastic, amenities are nice, and it is very modern ...and very clean. The Great White Shark painting in the children’s room scared the kid’s too much for them to want to sleep in there. That’s not the host’s problem as they clearly post a pic of that room, but it hits you differently in person. The golfers who play the course that runs past the back yard are really bad. We found three golf balls in the backyard, including one that dropped into the pool while we were having morning coffee on the back deck. One of the back windows upstairs appears to have been a target of said golfers, for it is clearly broken. There’s enough silver and plates to feed an army, and the grill is a nice touch when preparing family style meals. All in all we had 8 people in our party and we never felt like we were on top of each other. Host was very responsive via email to several questions when we arrived. This is a gated community that appears to have quite a few Airbnb style rentals. Around the time of check in, there will be a line of cars at the gate getting credentialed to go in.
