     Algarve Villa 1051 is a luxury five-bedroom holiday villa located in the secure and private development of Quinta Verde which is just minutes away from the shopping centre restaurants, golf courses and family facilities of the exclusive Quinta do Lago resort.

     The villa is built over three levels and has five bedrooms, sleeps up to 10 people.

     The villa has a spacious entrance. The living room is spacious and comfortable, has plenty of sitting space and features a flat-screen TV with a large range of English channels and a fireplace. Sliding doors lead to exterior and pool area. The adjacent dining room seats up to 8 people and has patio doors leading to the garden. The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern conveniences including microwave, dishwasher, hob and fridge/freezer. A separate laundry room houses the washing machine and a tumble dryer.

     On the ground floor, there are two bedrooms. Bedroom one has twin beds and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom two has twin beds and en-suite bathroom. Bedrooms three and four are located on the first floor of the villa. Bedroom three has a large double bed, en-suite bathroom and doors to a terrace. Bedroom four has a large double bed, en-suite bathroom and doors to a terrace. Bedroom five is in the lower level of the villa. It has twin beds, natural light and en-suite bathroom. A TV snug is adjacent to this room.

     Outdoor the private swimming pool is quite big and can be heated upon request (extra fee), also has a cover (manual). Sun loungers and parasols are also available for guests to use. The garden is lawned with mature plants and trees. A gas barbeque and dining set is provided for alfresco dining. There is plenty of garden furniture to relax in the sun or shade.

     Quinta Verde offers 24 hours security and a well-equipped private gym zone and is just 3 minutes away from the six-star Conrad Hilton hotel with all facilities offering Spa and exclusive cleaning.
