Only a few meters from the sea, our spacious Istarska županija Villa 1015, with its timeless and elegant design, leaves nothing to be desired!
THE VILLA
On the ground floor of Istarska županija Villa 1015, there is an open living room and dining area with a beautiful fireplace and a modern, fully equipped kitchen.
In addition, you will find a spacious bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and a large terrace. The Villa is equipped with the latest air conditioning, heating, lighting, and security systems.
Upstairs, there are three more bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom with its own balcony is also located on this floor.
Enjoy the view of the garden and the open sea!
THE GARDEN
Relax in the Jacuzzi or in the large pool. The outdoor area offers a sunbathing area with direct views and access to the sea as well as luxurious showers and a private barbecue area. The outdoor kitchen is perfect for a cosy barbecue under the stars with your loved ones.
