Located on a hill-top on the outskirts of Prodromos Village, Limassol Villa 1005 is a modern and spacious 5-bedroom villa offering unobstructed views of the Marathasa Valley and the Troodos mountains. The round floor features an open plan living area with a sofa set, fireplace, dining table, and a fully equipped kitchen offering all modern appliances.
The living area opens up to a large, covered veranda, equipped with 2 large dining tables and chairs, sun-lounger and a gas BBQ. On the ground floor you can also find the first bedroom, equipped with two large single beds, a working desk and en-suite shower room.
Being on the ground level, with just one small step to climb at the entrance of the house, this bedroom is also accessible for wheelchairs and the shower is spacious. The remaining four bedrooms, all with en-suite shower rooms are situated on the lower floor. Three lower-floor bedrooms, two double and one twin, share a balcony, that stretches along the side of the house on top of the orchard and offer breathtaking mountain views. The fifth bedroom, also in the lower floor, offers two single beds and has a private exit to the veranda, that is leading to the upper terrace via exterior staircase.
Limassol Villa 1005 is decorated with care, offering all modern amenities including fast wi-fi internet, satellite TV, wood burning fireplace, central heating, washing machine, dishwasher, fully equipped kitchen, coffee machine, comfortable sofas, and lounge chairs, as well as several dining tables.
The house is decorated with a good taste and style, giving out a home away from home feeling. The villa is just about 800m from Prodromos village and Verengaria Hotel. The North Face ski lift is 5km and Troodos Square 8.5km. The house is ideal for exploring the Troodos Nature Trails and waterfalls, the numerous wineries and the picturesque villages and family taverns of Troodos Mountain.
In the winter months, the roads may be icy or snowed and we need to rely on the municipality services to clear the roads for access to the house. The road leading to the house is asphalted and easy to drive except the last 150 meters from the main road to t the house which is part concrete and part gravel.
On arrival we provide a basic welcome pack that includes, coffee, tea, toiletries, cleaning and washing up materials and equipment and some amount of fire wood. You can order more firewood from our local team or purchase from local kiosks. We advise to plan ahead as distances and road conditions in the winter months may be difficult.
This property is suited for families. No parties or celebrations of any kind for any reason are allowed without the consent of the host. This is a residential property and we require guests to respect the neighborhood and the forest and keep noise to acceptable and reasonable levels at all times. Failure to observe these rules may result in the guest being asked to vacate the property without any compensation.
