The outdoor living area offers a built-in summer kitchen, a large pool/Jacuzzi with flagstone pavers, and outstanding golf views.

As you walk into this home, you will notice the attention to detail from the exquisite crown moldings to the custom woodwork and recessed ceiling details. This home contains a gourmet kitchen with an island breakfast bar with seating for 4, granite countertops, 42-inch cabinets and top of the line appliances, including a Keurig coffee maker. The family room has a 85-inch SMART TV for your family's entertainment. Sit back and relax in the lush leather sofas, enjoying the breeze from your adjacent outdoor lanai.

This home features 5 bedrooms with 5 full baths and 1 half bath. All bedrooms have new 50" Roku SMART TVs. There is a bedroom on the ground floor and the remaining 4 are located on the second floor. The Master suite features a private, balcony lots of closet space, and an en-suite bath with dual vanity sinks, and a walk-in shower. Upstairs you'll find the 2 customized children's bedrooms! Kids can dive under the sea in the ocean-themed room, sleeping in full over full bunk beds surrounded by colorful sea life. They also have their own TV for entertainment before bedtime. Get the experience of fun in a treehouse in the second kids bedroom. They can slide down from the full over full bunk bed to start the day or watch a movie on their own TV. A large laundry room is conveniently located on the second level and offers lots of cabinet space for extra storage.
