The apartment is clean and feels spacious and is well updated (bathroom and kitchen). Host communicates well and is quick to respond. The apartment is a little further away from main restaurants and shops area, but again the view! Access is a bit of a challenge as some others have mentioned, be aware if you plan to bring much luggage all the way from train station that it's quite an uphill walk and lots of stairs at the end - taxi may be a good idea. We enjoyed our stay here and would stay again!

Similar to a previous comment, the apartment feels a bit unfinished and is minimally furnished, although does the job. Most rooms only have free-standing lamps; the lounge in particular was pretty dark and the kids couldn't read in there in the evening. No dishwasher. Although there is a washing machine in the basement if you have change for the meter.

Beautiful view, great apartment. Clean.
Very minimal kitchen tools.
Walk from Zermatt was uphill and difficult with luggage.

Awesome place to stay in Zermatt with a great view of the Matterhorn from the balcony. Very comfortable, stylish and quiet, with easy access to hiking areas, transportation and not far from town and shops.
Would definitely stay here again!

A bit far from the station. You also need to climb a bit to the apartment, which is inconvenient for big luggage and elder.
