For shared use: indoor pool heated (5 x 6 m, pool opening hours: 10:00-19:30). In the house: lounge, sauna, fitness room, massage (extra). Solarium (extra). Playroom, lift, storage room for bicycles, sun terrace, storage room for skis, central heating system. Parking at the house. Grocery 200 m, restaurant 100 m, outdoor swimming pool 700 m. Tennis 700 m, cable car 13 km, ski bus stop 100 m, ski school 13 km, cross country ski track 200 m, ice field 1 km. Nearby attractions: Outdoor Park "Area 47" 26 km. Ski resort Soelden Oetztal-Arena, 13 km, can be reached by free ski bus. The natural thermal baths (Aqua Dome), just 400 m away.
