Open kitchen (oven, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra). Bath/WC. Balcony. Partial view of the lake. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only, non-smoking house. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed.

Ascona: Modern house. Above Ascona, in the resort, 400 m from the centre, in the district Lago Maggiore, in a quiet position on a slope, 400 m from the lake. In the house: lift. Bread roll service. Parking (limited number of spaces, extra) on the premises, communal covered parking (extra). Shop, restaurant 400 m, railway station "Locarno-Muralto" 4 km, public bathing area 1 km. Golf course (18 hole) 1 km, tennis 1 km. Please note: suitable for families, suitable for seniors. There are more similar properties for rent in this same residence. Minigolf 1 km. Via steep stairs and 5 minutes walk there is another public parking. Public car park in the centre.

We loved spending a week in our Miralago apartment. The view is spectacular, the town reachable by foot in 10 minutes. The kitchen was well equipped, even a Nespresso is available. My only negative comment: we were bitten up by mosquitoes inside our apartment. Why not put up mosquitoes screens? We were especially concerned about the tiger mosquitoes, which carry diseases.

We really loved the apartment and the place it was situated, the only thing we didn't very much like was the fact that instead of a big bed there were two regular beds put together that kept separating. Other than that, our stay was very pleasant and the apartment was really pretty!

Wunderschöne Aussicht auf den See, sehr freundliches Personal an der Rezeption, Parkplätze direkt vor dem Hotel. Zimmer sieht genau so aus wie auf den Fotos, jedoch gibt es keine Klimaanlage; dadurch war es etwas heiss im Zimmer. Sonst TOP Apartment und sehr weiter zu empfehlen. [English translation courtesy of Easy Reserve] Beautiful view of the lake, very friendly reception staff, parking spaces in front of the property. The room looks exactly like on the photos, but there is no air conditioning; that made it a bit hot in the room. Otherwise great apartment and very recommendable.

“Disney Family Fun Made Easy! We absolutely loved our stay at this Solara Resort property (townhome 6279)—it was everything described and more, and the location couldn't be better (just minutes from Disney World). The open first-floor layout was a dream—huge kitchen, cozy family room, spacious dining area, and easy pool access—perfect for gathering as a family (and sneaking snacks in between park days). Our granddaughter was over the moon about the Moana-themed bedroom, and the Star Wars room had the adults geeking out too! With two king suites (one upstairs, one downstairs), a queen, two sets of twins, and even a pull-out couch, the house can easily and comfortably fit a crew of 10–12. We had the perfect balance of together time and quiet space when needed. Extras that made our stay even better: -Parking right out front (so convenient!) -Kitchen amply stocked with plates, pots/pans, utensils -Plenty of TVs with cable + smart options -Ice-cold AC (lifesaver after Florida sun!) -Well maintained property with excellent communication from the property manager Our family had a fantastic time here and felt completely at home.
