Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave). Shower/WC. Gas heating. Large patio. Terrace furniture, deck chairs (2). Facilities: Internet (DSL/LAN, free). Please note: not suitable for children under 17 years. Non-smokers only.

Genthod 7 km from Genève: Small, comfortable single-family house "Genève Villa 1000". In the centre of Genthod, in the residential district. For shared use: garden 150 m2, swimming pool angular (8 x 4 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jun.-31.Aug.). In the house: washing machine. Parking at the house. Shop 3.5 km, grocery 50 m, restaurant 300 m, bakery, café 50 m, bus stop 300 m, railway station "Creux-de-Genthod" 600 m, thermal baths "Le Country Club" 1.5 km, bathing lake "Les Bains de Saugy" 1.6 km. Golf course 1.5 km, tennis 1.5 km, sports centre 1.5 km. Nearby attractions: Géneve 7 km, Lausanne 63 km, Montreux 93 km, Genève Aeroport 4.2 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lac Léman. “Disney Family Fun Made Easy! We absolutely loved our stay at this Solara Resort property (townhome 6279)—it was everything described and more, and the location couldn't be better (just minutes from Disney World). The open first-floor layout was a dream—huge kitchen, cozy family room, spacious dining area, and easy pool access—perfect for gathering as a family (and sneaking snacks in between park days). Our granddaughter was over the moon about the Moana-themed bedroom, and the Star Wars room had the adults geeking out too! With two king suites (one upstairs, one downstairs), a queen, two sets of twins, and even a pull-out couch, the house can easily and comfortably fit a crew of 10–12. We had the perfect balance of together time and quiet space when needed. Extras that made our stay even better: -Parking right out front (so convenient!) -Kitchen amply stocked with plates, pots/pans, utensils -Plenty of TVs with cable + smart options -Ice-cold AC (lifesaver after Florida sun!) -Well maintained property with excellent communication from the property manager Our family had a fantastic time here and felt completely at home. Highly recommend for anyone wanting comfort, fun, and a magical base for their Disney adventure!”
