40 km north-east of Kolari, lake Ylläsjärvi 4 km, swimming beach 4,5 km. Log duplex apartment, built 2009. Livingroom/kitchen, one bedroom with two double bed, loft with 4 separate beds, electric sauna, shower/toilet. In addition: dishwasher, water boiler and toaster. Area 65 m² of which 13 m² on the loft, baby bed, high chair, potty, 2 sled. Air source heat pump for heating and cooling. Good quality duplex apartment located in the Ylläsjärvi village new cottage area near the Maisematie scenic road. Location ideal for wintersports. Prices include final cleaning, bed linen available for rent. Extra fee for pets.

“Disney Family Fun Made Easy! We absolutely loved our stay at this Solara Resort property (townhome 6279)—it was everything described and more, and the location couldn't be better (just minutes from Disney World). The open first-floor layout was a dream—huge kitchen, cozy family room, spacious dining area, and easy pool access—perfect for gathering as a family (and sneaking snacks in between park days). Our granddaughter was over the moon about the Moana-themed bedroom, and the Star Wars room had the adults geeking out too! With two king suites (one upstairs, one downstairs), a queen, two sets of twins, and even a pull-out couch, the house can easily and comfortably fit a crew of 10–12. We had the perfect balance of together time and quiet space when needed. Extras that made our stay even better: -Parking right out front (so convenient!) -Kitchen amply stocked with plates, pots/pans, utensils -Plenty of TVs with cable + smart options -Ice-cold AC (lifesaver after Florida sun!) -Well maintained property with excellent communication from the property manager Our family had a fantastic time here and felt completely at home. Highly recommend for anyone wanting comfort, fun, and a magical base for their Disney adventure!”
