This impressive home includes a large, open-concept living space complete with spacious island kitchen so everyone can gather comfortably for meals and entertainment. The villa features 12 bedrooms, 11.5 bathrooms.
Appreciate a little rest and relaxation as you exit the great room to a private covered lanai and pool area where you can unwind after a day of exploring the many parks and activities Orlando is known for!
There are 4 downstairs bedrooms and the remaining 8 bedrooms are upstairs. Also upstairs you will find a home theater room for additional entertainment watching movies.
The home also features a game room for some additional fun with pool and fooseball tables and a basketball game.
Flatscreen TVs are included in all bedrooms.
Large Smart TV in the family living area. Projector and large screen and comfortable seating in the loft home theater room area.
Air conditioned living space throught the home.
The modern kitchen with granite worktops is well equipped for large families and has 2 dishwashers and 2 fridge freezers! and two separate dining tables as well as all the usual smaller appliances like toaster, tea kettle, coffee maker etc. The breakfast bar is perfect for socializing while your designated chef is preparing meals and always popular with the kids at breakfast time.

Thia was our first time renting a 12-bedroom, 9 bathroom villa as it was for a large extended group ...and we were a bit wary of what we were actually going to experience when we arrived. The house was great just a handful of misc. problems we had but nothing major we did spot a roach on... the last day, but didn't see any during our 5 night stay. This house is about 30 min from all attractions. You cant park on the street or you will get towed so you'll have to find parking in marked locations throughout the development, the driveway only fit 2 cars. The host answered quick to any questions. I would give this home 4.3 stars, And we are youtubers so you can check out our stay on @Rae&TY on YouTube. Thanks for having us. And also if your going to be doing a lot of walking (parks) consider to pay to heat the hot tub your body will thank you.. we didn't and we hurt lol. Read More
