     We have a great location, only 10 minutes by car from the center of Palma city and surrounded by restaurants of Mediterranean cuisine.

     Discover our 880 m2 Villa with views to the Serra de Tramuntana. Balearic Islands Villa 1481 has all the facilities and comfort to make your stay with us an unforgettable experience.

     Outdoor Private Pool area:

     Large terrace with salt water pool and sun beds, gazebo with sun beds, chill out area with sofas, toilets, bar area, gas barbecue and 2 fridges

     The pool size is 9x5 and is 1.60m deep with a shallower part with stairs for easy access.

     Amenities and services:

     Welcome free drinks (alcoholic and non alcoholic)

      Children and extra beds:

     Children are allowed without extra charges. We have up to 4 Cots and 4 highchairs available for children under the age of 2 years old.

      Event and parties:

     Event and parties can be held with previous management authorization and supplement agreed.

      Pet Friendly Villa 

    Pets are allowed free of charge upon request

      Refundable Damage Deposit 

     There is a deposit of €500 which covers possible damages to the property. The deposit is paid on the day of arrival in cash or by credit card and it will be given back up to 5 days after departure, after the inspection of the property by bank transfer. We also request a copy of a credit card to guarantee the booking at check in time.
