Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs. View of the swimming pool. Facilities: safe, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed. Max. occupancy: 4 adults, 2 children up to 12 years old.
Beautiful single-family house "Istarska županija Villa 1022". In the hamlet Camlići 5 km from the centre of Barban, in a quiet, sunny position, 14 km from the sea, in the countryside. Private: property 3'500 m2 with lawn, orchard, swimming pool angular, heated (8 x 4 m, depth 150 cm, 15.04.-15.10.) with internal staircase. WC in the pool area, paddling pool, outdoor shower, terrace (18 m2), garden furniture. In the house: internet access, washing machine. Parking (for 3 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 5 km, supermarket 5 km, restaurant 5 km, pebble beach 14 km. Riding stable 12.5 km, walking paths from the house 50 m, cycle lane 100 m. Nearby attractions: adventure park 11.5 km. Swimming pool heated (extra). It is necessary to announce 7 days in advance if the pool heating is required. Organizing a party is not allowed. Youth groups are not allowed.

We visited Barban in autumn 2019 and needed accomodation for 5 people and 1 dog. The house is in a f...lawless condition. The rooms are large and full of light. The house is very well equipped and appealingly furnished. We have not missed anything. Everything was just perfect and as shown on the description photos.
